Doc Needs Your Help to Keep You Healthy

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Jan_Louthain] Jan Louthain In the past 20 years weve seen the discovery of a treatment for HIV/Aids and for several types of depression; and weve seen the number of U.S. deaths from heart disease decrease by one-third. But lets look into the future. In the next few years we could have artificial retinas, lungs, or even kidneys that will clean our blood much like a dialysis machine. And the medications on the horizon! Based on studies of the human genome, cancer patients could expect to have medications designed especially for them that attack specific cancer sites instead of their whole body. Diseases ranging from addiction to Alzheimers could become as manageable as high blood pressure, and this could happen before the first Boomer turns 70. Many of us Boomers have parents with serious medical conditions, and now we may be developing our own. Theres no question we need new medical discoveries to save our lives or at least extend them. But as these discoveries, particularly oral medications, come onto the market, there are risks, especially when the patient has pre-existing conditions. The banned painkillers, Vioxx and Bextra, and diet medication, Fen-Phen, are cases in point. To assure the safety of the patient taking new drugs, everyone in the treatment process must work together. Unfortunately doctors dont always have complete medical details about a patient before they prescribe a new medication. The physician may be too busy to read the entire patient chart before prescribing treatment, or he/she may not be familiar with all the side effects or contraindications of a new drug thats just come onto the market. To complicate it further, the patient may have memory loss or disorientation which hampers him/her from giving a complete medical history or a detailed list of his current medications and dosages. Heres what you can do to reduce errors and generally improve the treatment you, your parents, or your children receive. 1. Prepare and keep updated a summary of the patients medical history. Be sure to include dates of surgeries, allergies, existing medical conditions, current symptoms/ complaints, and a history of the major medical diseases experienced by the patients family members. 2. Prepare a detailed list of medications the patient is currently taking, the frequency taken, and the dosage. 3. Accompany the patient to the doctors office/hospital if they have trouble remembering their medical history or treatment theyve received. If the patient is you, ask someone to accompany you who can help you remember important medical events. 4. Once a diagnosis has been made and a treatment regimen prescribed for the patient, ask questions about what to expect. How long will it take for the drug to have results? What reactions are normal? What reactions are not normal and should be reported? 5. Read the literature that comes with the medication, particularly the sections titled cautions, side effects, and before using this medicine. 6. Help the patient record side effects or reactions they experience from the medication. Either have them report these to their physician or ask if you can do it for them. Dont wait. 7. Listen to advertising on TV when new drugs are brought onto the market. These ads will tell you whether they have contraindications and what you should tell the physician if he starts to prescribe them. 8. Rely on websites such as http://www.medlineplus.gov or http://www.rxlist.com to learn more about the drugs prescribed. Today the patient and caregiver are part of the treatment team. To benefit most from the great new discoveries of modern medicine, we must demand and share information with the physician. By doing so, we can increase the chances of a speedy recovery and a generally longer life. Need an Unsecured Tenant Loan without Collateral?

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=James_Taylor]James Taylor Being called a tenant may affect you very much when you are performing the role of a borrower looking for a loan. Lenders of standard loans generally hesitate to offer their money to a tenant. This is due to the reason that there no security for the loan amount. But you need not to worry as this is only the single side of the story the other side is that tenants can also get financed through unsecured tenant loans. Unsecured tenant loans or unsecured loans are loans for people who dont have their own property or home to offer as security or collateral. These people include tenants, students, PGs or people who live with their parents and dont have their own home. The best way to apply for an unsecured tenant loan these days is to apply online. Online applying is subjected to faster approvals. With the help of following steps you can easily apply for an unsecured tenant loan: Get a computer with internet connection. Visit websites of numerous online lenders. Search priority should be given to reputed and trusted lenders. Take the help of services such as loan calculators, repayment tables etc. Compare different lenders on the basis of their loan quotes through comparison tools. Fill in the simple application with the appropriate information (like name of the borrower, address and contact information, amount of loan you are looking for, your credit score etc). Wait for the lender to contact you with his services once he is satisfied with your application. Your credit score plays a vital role in getting approval of an unsecured loan. It is the only thing for the interest of the lender to offer his money as there is no collateral. A lender can even deny a person with bad credit history. With increase in competition in the market some lenders are also providing loans to people with bad credit history. But you need to do some hard work in form of shopping for loans to find such lenders. Unsecured tenant loans range from ₤500 to ₤15000 and can go higher under certain circumstances. The repayment term generally lies between 6 months to 1 year can extent up to 5 years. These loans come at slightly higher rate of interest as they are not secured. You can use the loan amount for any of your personal purpose like buying property, home improvement, health and education etc. Most of the lenders will not ask you the purpose of taking the loan so you can use money the way you like. The Woodturner’s Edge: Sharp Tools Give Greater Enjoyment

By Darrell Feltmate Recently I was giving a woodturning demonstration at our Provincial Exhibition in Truro, Nova Scotia. As I turned, over and over I was asked questions like: What kind of wood are you turning? Ans: Dry maple. How are you getting those shavings? Those tools must be sharp, arent they? Since I was treating most of the demonstration as a teaching opportunity, I was often holding the tool in one hand and pointing with the other as the shavings rolled onto the floor. I would not recommend this to a novice and not often to an experienced turner but I know when this is and is not safe. One of the conditions for safety is to have a very sharp tool. Some of the people who were asking the question on sharpening had been turning for over twenty years and still had problems sharpening a tool. One gentleman who was considering taking up the hobby asked if I sent out the tools to be sharpened in the manner of a table saw blade. I replied to the effect that it would take too long to have them sharpened out of shop, too expensive and too frequent. Often in the course of rough turning a twelve inch bowl, I sharpen a gouge five or six times. If there is sand and grit imbedded in the bark it may be fifteen to twenty times. There is just not time to both turn and to have someone else sharpen. Typically, turners use a grinder to sharpen. Most turners sharpen by hand, that is holding a gouge or other tool in both hands and presenting it to the grinder. The problem is, most people are not sure how to put an edge on the tool so they step up to the grinder with fear, trepidation and thus stiffness. Gingerly, the tool edge is rolled over the grinding wheel. Then, not sure if the edge is sharp, the whole tool is raised to the nearest light and the edge carefully examined and found wanting. Unfortunately, by the time the tool is returned to the grinding wheel, both hands have moved to different positions, the sharpener is more nervous than ever, and the grind is made worse instead of better. Here are a few hints to make sharpening easier and the hobby of woodturning far more fun. First, fix the grinder up for sharpening. Use an aluminum oxide, 80 grit wheel for sharpening and leave the coarse grey wheels for those occasions that you need to grind away a nick or restore an edge entirely. Make sure the wheel is clean. You will get steel filings imbedded in the stone as you continue to sharpen. Dress the wheel with a star wheel dresser to clean the surface. Second, relax. A gentle touch will produce smooth movements and thus smooth surfaces on the tool edge. Go to the grinder to perform a gentle movement and first go with the grinder off. Practice the grind you want to do with the grinder off and get a feel for the surface of the wheel. Then, with the grinder on, gently sharpen the tool. Third, make life really simple and use a jig. There are lots of commercial sharpening jigs to be found and some to make. There are free plans for a shop make jig on my web site. I have used it for years. At the demonstration I set the jig, dropped a roughing gouge into place, sharpened it and returned to turning with a sharp tool and piling shavings. The whole process took about thirty seconds and left one turner with his jaw dropping. When I explained the plans were free and cost was under five dollars to make the jig he was amazed. It will all the difference in the world to his turning pleasure. So make a jig, sharpen your tools, and turn something The pleasure is certainly in making something for yourself or a loved one, but it is also and especially in the joy of sweet smelling shavings flying off of a sharp tool. Darrell Feltmate is a juried woodturner whose web site contains detailed information about woodturning for the novice or experienced turner as well as a collection of turnings for your viewing pleasure. http://aroundthewoods.com Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Darrell_Feltmate http://EzineArticles.com/?The-Woodturners-Edge:-Sharp-Tools-Give-Greater-Enjoyment&id=282128 ambien women insomnia us pharmacy no prescription ativan ambien successes buy ativan without prescription

Advantages of Online Dating

By Roman Zazulak We go through our lives trying to find that perfect half of us — “The One.” It’s as natural as breathing because we weren’t designed to live alone. We tend to naturally seek companionship and intimacy. This search starts with dating. However, finding a date may not be as easy as you think. For some, asking or getting asked for a date can be a bit of a challenge. Think back to the time you wanted to ask a girl out; or you wanted to go out with a guy you really liked. How hard was it for you to ask someone out? Thanks to technology, specifically the Internet, dating has become easier. Online dating makes it possible for you to meet even more people who share your interests. And if you tend to not do so well during face-to-face meetings, online dating can help you build up your confidence and make yourself comfortable before actually meeting up. So how do you get started in online dating? First, you need to create an account with an online dating site. Online dating sites abound, but don’t sign up with an online dating site without doing any research about the site. Go with an online dating site that is recognized and has received good feedback from its members. Keep in mind that most online dating sites charge a fee for access, so this is another reason you should go with an online dating site that has established a good reputation for itself. In addition, well-reputed online dating sites have measures in place to protect its members. Once you’ve picked the online dating site to join, you will be asked to create your profile. Your online profile is what other members of the site will see. Think of your online profile as your “store front.” In order to attract prospective dates, you need to “market” yourself in your profile. Thus, use your best photo, and be clear about what you like and what you are looking for in a date. After you’ve set up your online profile, you can start browsing through the online dating site’s database and find people who match your dating criteria. Use the site’s search feature to locate possible dates who share your interests or hobbies. You can find as many prospective dates as you can and start communicating with them. It’s all done online so apart from the online dating membership fee you paid, you don’t have any other expenses. You can begin getting to know prospective dates via the site before deciding to meet them personally. While you may know what prospective dates look like through the photo they provide in their profile, you still don’t have an overall picture of who they are. The online dating site thus becomes a safe place for you to get to know prospective dates better. When you are ready to meet a date in person, you still need to take some precautions. It is best to meet in a public place or to have someone tag along with you. The Internet can be a wonderful place to meet like-minded individuals, but it is also a place where predators and perverts lurk. This is one more reason to join an online dating site that charges for membership. Perverts and predators often hang out in online dating sites that don’t charge any fees for access. Take all the necessary precautions before you go abroad to meet someone whom you’ve met on a dating site. Keep in mind, too, that should you choose someone who lives in another country or continent, there are more serious things you need to consider before you let your relationship go any deeper with this person. There will be cultural and social issues that need to be dealt with. Ask yourself: Are you prepared to leave everything — your friends, family, job — and move to another country with a completely different culture? Don’t lose heart if a few of your online dates are a no-show when it’s time to personally meet up. This is one of the disadvantages of online dating with which you have to put up. It takes time to build a relationship online and then taking that relationship to the next level — face-to-face. But take it as a given that there will be times when an online date just won’t show up when it’s time to meet. When this happens, just get right back up and try again. Even if you don’t find that perfect someone, being a member of an online dating site can still benefit you. Many have made great friendships through online dating sites. They start out as people looking for dating partners and eventually find out they are better off as friends. In his quest for finding the perfect wife, Roman tried every method imaginable until he finally got married to Gigi in 2004. An Introduction To Aromatherapy

By Kent Pinkerton The art and science of using volatile oils for the psychological and physical well-being is called aromatherapy. These volatile oils are derived from plants. Essential oils are used the most in aromatherapy on account of their innumerable benefits they have on the mind-body system of human beings. There are many types of essential oils that are used in aromatherapy to fetch different therapeutic results. Aromatherapy is said to trigger certain biochemical responses in the brain that in turn activate certain dormant function of the body and mind to impart a sense of well-being. Since aromatherapy is widely practiced, there is an array of products in the market that are sold as aromatherapy products, but actually are not. Sometimes even certain types of perfumes are passed on as aromatherapy oils. The fakes do not get the desired results that one would expect from a real aromatherapy product. The fakes normally use fragrance oils in place of true aromatherapy oils. So while buying an aromatherapy product it should be ensured that the brand belongs to a reputed company and the ingredients are clearly listed on the container. Aromatherapy has been in use for thousands of years now, even if it came to be known as aromatherapy somewhere after 20th century. Aromatherapy is said to be of Chinese origin. Egyptians have used aromatherapy by drawing distilled oils from cinnamon, nutmeg, cedar wood, clove, and myrrh. From Egyptians it is said to have passed on to Greek. Aromatherapy has also been used by Persians and Indians thousands of years ago. Backed by a rich history, it is only in 19th century that the perfumery industry woke up to the benefits of using aromatherapy for financial gains. This was also the time when aromatherapy began to be tested in scientific laboratories for understanding the important mechanisms of aromatherapy products on mind and body. As a result of its impact on mind, aromatherapy is also considered as a forte of people indulging in spiritual practices. Aromatherapy provides detailed information on Aromatherapy, Aromatherapy Oil, Aromatherapy Candles, Aromatherapy Diffusers and more. Aromatherapy is affiliated with Acupuncture Schools. Natural Healing Schools Find Out What’s in it for You

By C. Bailey-Lloyd Natural healing schools are not just for prospective practitioners, they are also there to provide valuable training and skills to average folks who are seeking to learn about alternative and natural health systems to help in healing and in disease prevention. Diverse in studies, natural healing schools offer an abundance of natural health care disciplines such as herbal medicine , reflexology, iridology and aromatherapy. As an example, some may enroll in natural healing schools to get an education in family herbalism. The family herbalist program is designed as not only a prerequisite to advanced courses, but is generally offered to individuals who would like to keep themselves and their families healthier. Armed with a basic knowledge about which foods are helpful in fighting infection in the body, and how to treat common illnesses naturally through herbal home health care, apprentices come out of an herbal course smarter and more self-reliant in relation to health matters. Furthermore, these students can take learned skills to a higher level and apply for advanced coursework to gain certification as a master herbalist. Another fine example of subject matter taught in a natural healing school is Reiki. Reiki is both metaphysical and natural in nature, and is an energy healing technique, often coupled with “laying on hands” to help patients and other people reduce stress and enhance innate healing capabilities. Today, natural healing schools dedicate a fair amount of studies to energy healing as more and more practitioners, such as nurses and massage therapists, are beginning to integrate this noninvasive technique into their practices. Natural healing schools also offer other natural health care courses like massage therapy, Oriental medicine, holistic medicine, homeopathy, and naturopathy. Not all students go onto attain doctorate degrees to practice naturopathy or acupuncture; some simply wish to acquire a certificate or diploma in a variety of natural health disciplines. A massage therapist, for instance, must complete a required set of hours prior to sitting for the national or state exam to become certified and/or licensed to practice massage . In some cases, a natural healing diploma or certificate may suffice for individuals to practice as holistic therapists. The sky’s the limit in what natural healing schools can offer you. There are so many healing arts and natural health care disciplines, that it would take hours on end to reveal them all. But if you’re serious about gaining a positive and enlightening education, a natural healing school may be the way to go. Living Your Life In Spite of Pain

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Jennifer_E_Sullivan] Jennifer E Sullivan What we perceive as pain is an interaction between several chemicals in the brain and spinal cord. These chemicals are called neurotransmitters. These neurotransmitters conduct nerve impulses from one nerve cell to another, and on to the brain. They do this by stimulating receptors found on the surface of nerve and brain cells, which function somewhat like gates, opening and closing to allow messages to pass from one nerve cell to the next. Many pain-relieving drugs work by acting on these receptors. Pain can be roughly divided in to two types: Acute pain, and chronic pain. Pain is described as acute when it basically doesnt last very long it is usually caused by an injury, illness, or surgery, and subsides as your body heals. Chronic pain is usually said to persist for at least 6 months after your body has healed from the illness or injury that first caused the pain in question. There are forms of chronic pain that defy diagnosis. This usually adds to the emotional lows, anger, and self esteem problems that can already arise from experiencing the chronic pain in the first place. Many patients who experience chronic pain can also find that it interferes with the day to day activities of their lives. Up to one-third of the entire population of the United States is affected by acute or chronic pain during the course of a year1. Given the passage of a significant amount of time, all of these problems, compounded with anxiety, can lead to poor response to treatment, and set up a vicious cycle of unending discomfort. You can, however, take steps to reclaim your life, and break the hold that pain can have over you! Find, and Bond With Your Doctor If you, like many other people, have had care from many different physicians, you may want to pick one, and stick with them. In addition to your family physician, you may want to consider also seeing a specialist, if you know what is causing your symptoms. If you dont, you may want to consider a pain management specialist. Bear in mind that you will still need to have a primary care physician to coordinate care and manage your general health. This is especially important in avoiding harmful drug interactions or conflicts in therapy. When youre choosing a doctor, youll want to make sure that, besides being someone that you feel you can trust, they are also knowledgeable about chronic pain issues. Beyond that, they should encourage and allow you to ask questions, and even to disagree with them. You should have a positive, proactive outlook on the road ahead, and your doctor should also share that. Tell Your Doctor Everything Your doctor can only help you if you give him or her as much information about your pain as possible. You should explain to your doctor the nature of your pain, where it is, how bad it is, and how often it occurs. If there are triggers that cause your pain, explain them also. Also, tell your doctor if anything makes the pain better. Dont forget to think about other, external factors that may not be readily apparent. Changes in your day-to-day schedule or even activities within the course of your day may be affecting you without your knowledge. Your doctor will want to also go over other health problems with you. Besides directly affecting your pain, they may also affect his or her choice of treatment for you. All of this will also assist in what is traditionally the first step in treating chronic pain: assessing the cause. Treatment Your doctor may prescribe various combinations of different therapies and medications to treat your pain. Generally, treatment can take the form of physical, behavioral, or occupational therapy, combined with various pain relievers, antidepressants, or anti-inflammatories. Physical therapy can include walking, biking, etc, according to your situation, while behavioral therapy can teach you other pain control methods, such as meditation. Occupational therapy involves teaching you to more safely and efficiently accomplish everyday tasks, to minimize the risk of injury. A little about drugs: There are many pain-relieving drugs being used today. Opioid drugs block pain by locking onto opioid receptors in the brain. Other drugs control pain outside the brain, such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). These drugs, including aspirin, ibuprofen, and naproxen, inhibit hormones called prostaglandins, which stimulate nerves at the site of injury and cause inflammation and fever. Newer NSAIDs, including Celebrex (celecoxib) and Vioxx (rofecoxib) for rheumatoid arthritis, primarily block an enzyme called cyclooxygenase-2. Known as COX-2 inhibitors, these drugs may be less likely to cause the stomach problems associated with older NSAIDs, but their long-term effects are still being evaluated2. To learn more about purchasing prescription drugs online, please visit http://www.prescriptiondrugplanet.com Lifestyle Changes Lifestyle changes can be invaluable in the treatment of chronic pain. If you smoke, or drink alcohol fairly frequently, you may want to modify your behavior. Quit smoking and drinking, or at the very least, cut back drastically. A healthy diet will help not only directly, but indirectly, by reducing the strain on your cardiovascular system, and reducing stress. Using recreational drugs can also impact your health in a myriad of ways that you could not possibly foresee. Again, communication with your doctor is paramount. You and your primary care physician can map out all the things that you can do to try to reduce pain, and, if they work, you can modify your treatment accordingly. The key is to identify goals and obstacles to reducing pain, and tackling those goals and obstacles one at a time; then you can move on to the next challenge. Dont set unrealistic goals, because this will only lead to failure and frustration. It is most important for you to take a long, hard look at your life, and how your pain has affected the way you live it. Then, take the necessary steps to take your life back to change your behavior to reflect that you will no longer allow yourself to be controlled by pain. References 1. Do Christians Get Depressed?

By Sonya Triggs What does the Bible say about depression? Is it okay to be a Christian and still get depressed? And what exactly is depression, anyway? First, what exactly is depression? WebMD defines it as A clinical mood disorder associated with low mood or loss of interest and other symptoms that prevent a person from leading a normal life. Merriam-Websters Collegiate Dictionary has an even more eye-opening definition: a psychoneurotic or psychotic disorder marked especially by sadness, inactivity, difficulty in thinking and concentration, a significant increase or decrease in appetite and time spent sleeping, feelings of dejection and hopelessness, and sometimes suicidal tendencies. And if that doesnt make it clear, I dont know what does! So, do Christians get depressed? The short answer to that is Yes. The Bible is filled with a lot of people who got depressed! The prophet Elijah experienced his own depression very shortly after experiencing a major victory with God. Elijah held a competition himself against 450 prophets of Baal! to prove the might of God. After a lot of storm and drama, God proved Himself to be the Only True God and Elijah experienced a major personal victory. The queen at the time -Jezebel - was very unhappy about this and threatened Elijahs life. Elijah became frightened and ran for his life. After coming to the end of his (physical) rope (in the wilderness), he stopped and started to feel very badly for himself. 1 Kings 19:4 says Elijah, .begged for his life, that he might die. And he said, It is enough, O LORD, take away my life. For I am no better than my fathers. (MKJV). Elijah was definitely depressed (the entire story can be read in 1 Kings 19:1-18). Even one of Israelites Great Deliverers, Joshua the Son of Nun, experienced a down time. Joshua had led the Israelites to a resounding victory against Jericho. The Israelites then went to war against Ai and experienced a bitter defeat. Joshua 7:6-7 says And Joshua tore his clothes and fell to the earth on his face before the ark of the LORD until the eventide, he and the elders of Israel, and put dust on their heads. And Joshua said, Alas, O Lord God, why have You at all brought this people over Jordan to deliver us into the hands of the Amorites, to destroy us? And, oh that we had been content and lived on the other side of Jordan! (MKJV). Joshua was a very unhappy man. What I find most interesting about these situations, however, is how God responded to Elijah and Joshua. God sent an angel to minister to Elijah after hed stopped in the wilderness, who provided him with food encouraged him to eat and drink. Elijah then took a 40-day journey to Mt. Horeb where God Himself spoke to him. God asked Elijah What are you doing here, Elijah? (1 Kings 19:9 MKJV) and Elijah has this pity party where he tells God how he had been zealous for Him and Elijah was now the only prophet left and how they were trying to kill him! God gave Elijah instructions to carry out and then promptly informed him, Yet I have left seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed to Baal…(1 Kings 19:18 MKJV). In other words, that Elijah had no business being depressed because he was not, in fact, the only prophet of God left. He also got the opportunity to speak to God one-on-one, as God passed by him and spoke to him in a still, small voice. God had a different response for Joshua. Joshua 7:10 says, And the LORD said to Joshua, Get up! Why do you lie on your face this way? (MKJV). God explained to Joshua that the Israelites had been defeated because they had sinned against Him. But that now, it was time to Get Up!, fix the problem and return to their warfare against the people of Ai. What is reassuring about both of these situations is not only the fact that God heard Elijahs and Joshuas cries to Him, but that He responded. He met them right where they were and gave them hope and instructions for how to carry on. He didnt leave them in the middle of their hopelessness He took control and gave them a renewed sense of purpose and direction. So, do Christians get depressed? Sure but they dont usually stay depressed. One thing is for certain Christians will encounter many situations which will challenge their optimism. Jesus himself promised us In the world you shall have tribulation, but be of good cheer. (John 16:33 (MKJV). And why should we be of good cheer? Because Jesus also reminded us that I have overcome the world. In other words, there is no need for us to remain down or out (or even surprised by the frequency of our troubles), because Jesus has already solved any problems we will encounter. Yes, God does hear your cry when you are depressed, and will comfort and minister to you (as well as give you guidance), but, ultimately, our victory happened right there on Calvary when Jesus died on the cross for us. We can rest assured knowing that we will eventually come to a place where all trials and tribulations will be over, all tears will be wiped away and we will have eternal rest and peace with our Father. So thats why we must recapture our joy when we’re down and make a serious effort to remain in good spirits at all other times. So what should you do if you find yourself in the throes of depression? Paul lays it out for us in Philippians 4:4-13. First, he tells us to let God know about our worries - through prayer and supplication. To make our requests known to God with our thanks (for hearing, for responding, for whatever we can think of!). And then he promises us that peace will be ours. And to maintain that peace, he tells us to think on good things! Good things only. He says .whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things [are] honest, whatsoever things [are] just, whatsoever things [are] lovely, whatsoever things [are] of good report, if [there be] any praise, think on these things. (KJV - emphasis mine) This doesnt mean you have to adopt a Pollyana view of the world that nothing bad is going on or that you dont have a good reason to be down. Instead, it means that you CHOOSE to maintain a positive attitude, knowing that God has it all under control. It means that you CHOOSE to let God deal with it instead of wrestling around with it in your own mind. And, finally it means you CHOOSE to believe God instead of all the rotten things that are going on around you. Paul last of all reminds us that we can do all things because Jesus strengthens us. So, its not a matter of relying on your own strength, but on the strength of the Almighty. And He will never let you down. So, dont worry if you get depressed (occasionally) - just try your best not to stay depressed. Remember that God hears your prayers (and will respond) and that His peace will keep you through it all if you let Him. So think good thoughts, turn your cares over to Him and choose to believe in Gods word instead of the world. You will be blessed! Sonya C.
