If You Did It Don’t Worry

By Ken McIsaac We all make mistakes. Sometimes they are very bad and cause ourselves and others much worry and suffering. We can be depressed and burdened with regret for many years, never forgiving ourselves, never forgetting our actions. Carrying on in this way is another big mistake, disturbing our lives in very unpleasant and painful ways. It is not necessary. Worrying about something that has already happened is a complete waste of time if you just keep wishing that it hadn’t happened. There is absolutely nothing you can do to change it. “We ought not to look back unless it is to derive useful lessons from past errors, and for the purpose of profiting by dear-brought experience.” - George Washington (1732-1779) Perhaps there is some way to make amends and that should still be a consideration. If not then regard it as a learning experience. Review what has happened enough to draw conclusions about what to do, and what not do, in the future. But then forget the stupid or bad thing you did and start thinking about something else. For every evil under the sun, There is a remedy, or there is none; If there be one, try to find it, If there is none, never mind it. - Mother Goose Alright it isn’t all that easy Mother Goose! These kinds of thoughts will keep coming back again and again unless there are other thoughts occupying your mind. Begin feeding your brain with encouraging and fun ideas especially when that ‘thing’ from the past returns. Be generous, kind and forgiving to others and yourself. You no longer have yesterday; you only have today and tomorrows. What Kind of Cremation Urn Should I Purchase, What Size and What are the Costs?

By Jennifer Johnston-Giuliano No one can tell you what cremation urn is right for you! It is your personal preference or that of a family member to make that choice. If you plan ahead, you can get the cremation urn that is right for you. If not, the decision is left up to your family. There are several different cremation urns available today. Whether you are looking for: * A Traditional Metal, Wood, Hand-blown Glass or Ceramic Urn * BioDegradeable Cremation Urn for Land or Sea Burial * Companion Cremation Urn * Custom Wood Cremation Urn * Custom Wood Cremation Urn Laser Etched or Personalized * Custom Urn Art made with Cremains * Tasteful Cremation Urn Jewelry * Sacred Rosary Cremation Urns * Pet Cremation Urns OR * Education and Information on Cremation you can find it now on the internet and . . . you are not alone. It is estimated that 40% of humans will choose cremation as their final choice by the year 2010. Your cremation urn is a beautiful reflection and memorial of you or your loved ones life. Here is what you should know about Cremation Urn Sizing and Cost . . . Cremation Urn Sizing - Cubic Inches (CI) is the volume or space ashes take up and it is also the measurement of how much ash a cremation urn can hold. 1 lb. of body weight will yield roughly 1 cubic inch of ashes. Example: A cremated 100 lb. person will yield about 90 cubic inches of ashes (almost 100 CI). This person would need a cremation urn that is about 90-100 CI. The 1 to 1 ratio of Weight to CI will ensure you purchase a cremation urn that is large enough, 99% of the time. Another example is that a 210 lb. person needs a cremation urn that is roughly 200 cubic inches or larger and a 50 lb. person or pet needs a cremation urn that is roughly 50 cubic inches or larger. Cremation urn descriptions always lists a volume (capacity for ashes) in Cubic Inches. So if you know how much the deceased weighed - then you know the volume (CI.) of the ashes. A cremation urn can be too small (in volume) but is only too big if you think it’s too big. Cremation Urn Cost Cremation urns cost anywhere from $20 to $800 and up depending on the one you choose. If you purchase a cremation urn online, you can save up to 50% local funeral home prices. What Everyone Ought to Know About The Enemy Called Fat

By Bryan Miller So you’re fat. Big deal. Everyone at some point is caught in the crossfire of the battle of the bulge. It’s a seemingly unending struggle for some, but a quick bout for others. But none-the-less, it is a battle, and a tough one, at that. Sadly, our enemy, the gut that hangs in front of us, is a fierce one, and an enemy demanding respect. Football teams, countries at war, debaters, diplomats, and presidential candidates all know the secret to winning a competition, or bout of any sort. They send out spies, watch tapes of the competing teams, and they research for the knowledge on how to conquer their opponents. They back up their fight with knowledge of the weak points in their enemy, and then… they exploit them mercilessly. This is the approach one must take when fighting the oppression of obesity. It is a battle, for most, and will always be a battle as long as there is too much food, and a lot less work. What I am about to give you are some insider, confidential, key components on fat that you may not know. They will help you win this uphill battle against your ever-growing, always widening waist-line. These are confidential, hard to find tips that will help you know your body’s method of storing fat, and how you can exploit them, use their tactics against them, and ultimately overcome. Stand tall, for you will be the victor. Warning! Do not read if you are looking to lose fat fast and expect to keep it off. These peeks into the human body are meant only for those with the guts (or bellies) to work hard for healthy, effective fat loss, not those wishing to get-thin-quick, and potentially gain more weight back. Although you are the deciding factor of how fast you lose weight, this is merely placing knowledge in your arsenal, not telling you what to do. If you are willing, then continue reading. The next exposing secrets will help you understand your enemy “Fat”, and will further your efforts in weight loss: Peek 1: Why Your Body is Already Perfect.. The body is built for performance. It is a perfect engine that needs admiration for it’s designer, whether you believe it’s God or evolution, studying the body is almost like studying outer space - it is absolutely too complex to take in all at once. It’s a perfect machine that will work exactly how it should, when it should, and without defect. Even when someone thinks something is wrong, the body is working right. This is the difference between the mind and the body. The body never wants, it always needs. The mind wants, but rarely realizes the needs. The body needs fat, but the mind wants the body to look firm, without fat. So to begin creating the body that your mind wants, you must first respect the perfect engine that is the body. Peek 2: Is Fat a Friend or a Foe? Not all fat is bad for you. In some cases, fat is very good for you. There are some vitamins that can only be absorbed when fat is present. Hormones depend on fat a large percent of the time. Women who are nursing, those with broken bones, and new born babies all need fat in some fashion. It’s the amount of fat, and the type of fat that makes it a harm, or a help. Fat around the middle? Bad. Enough said. I do in depth studies, and like to make people scared about having a fat belly at my blog. Mid-section fat is a very scary thing because it is around your vital organs, especially your liver and heart. If these are fatty, you’re more prone to have heart disease, or liver failure. And I think you can agree with me that that is a bad thing. But there is some fat in the body that is needed. Cholesterol in the body can be converted to energy through the liver. And all fat is a source of energy for daily activities. Without fat, you’d be tired, but with too much - well, I won’t go so far as to say you could die young, that would be too scary. Peek 3: How Did This Fiend - Fat - Get There? Fat is introduced into the body at the very youngest of ages. It’s given to us by our mom’s while we are yet alien-shaped fetuses in her body. This is a natural part of life. The only problem is when we get older, we eat way more than our body needs. So when the body (again, that perfect machine that it is) sees all this extra, it goes into performance mode, and stores this extra bit of energy for later as fat. With this in no one’s consideration, however, we continually place our body in that constant mode of “must store”. And our fat cells continue to grow. Then, when they have no more space in which to grow inside these tiny balloons, they multiply. Peek 4: The Invincible Enemy. Once you have a fat cell in your body, you cannot lose them. You can lose the stored triglycerides inside the cell, but never lose the cell itself. Once you’ve got adipose tissue, you’ve always got adipose tissue. There’s not removing it unless you opt for dangerous, health hazardous procedures such as liposuction or a tummy tuck. The fat cells in your body can only shrink. They are your friends for life. And not without giving you a share of trouble, either. Because these new additions to your body now have memory. They realize what they use to have was gone, and they lust after it. Peek 5: Winning the Battle Doesn’t Win You the War. The body has a set method of maintaining itself. It’s complexity and set ways make it almost impossible to lose weight fast and keep it off. Since the body is built for performance, it sets itself at its most desired point, and it expects to stay there. This is why underweight people find it so difficult to gain weight and keep it on. And why overweight people who lose weight quickly, tend to gain it all back. The body’s fat cells, and the body’s desired way of living is actually set. And breaking that pattern too quickly causes the body to “reset” itself to get to that point again. This is why gaining and losing weight is so popular nowadays. Because people want fast results without taking into consideration the perfect engine that is the body. The mind wants it now, because it expects it now. The body realizes that there are needs, and steps, and rules to losing that weight effectively. So now you know the enemy. Now you see what you are up against. You know that your body works perfectly, that fat is only a “side effect” of eating extra calories, and that you can never lose these fat cells. But what now? How do I exploit these new found attributes to the enemy? With forceful war tactics, of course. Tactic 1: Using Your Body Against Itself - What Your Mind Doesn’t Want You To Know. The body burns fat for energy. So you must exert energy to burn fat. Your body stores fat for energy, so eat like you don’t want any extra fat. This is how you can use your mind (now filled with knowledge) to burn more fat by using the body’s natural method of living against itself. This is not cannibalism, this is smart living. Tactic 2: Treat Fat As A Friend. Do not be afraid of fat. Fat is good at times. Eat plenty of “good fats” because they are great for the heart. Omegas 3 - 6 - 9 are all fantastic for your health, as well as help mobilize even more fat, and are readily available for energy burning. Stay away from hydrogenated oils. These are actually more damaging than real fat. Without getting into the chemical breakdown of these oils, I will just say that they act more like free radicals in your body than actual food. Tactic 3: Learn To Accept Fat. Some people are more naturally bent toward being heavy. Others are bent toward being slimmer. The mind is a powerful thing and can reek havoc on those who are not content with the natural selection of their body. Learn to be confident in your skin, even if you are not as thin as you think you should be. Strive for healthy. You will live longer if you are healthy. Change the desires in your mind to do the best you can, but never challenge your body to be something it can’t ever be. But never settle for lazy, always strive; but be considerate of your body. Tactic 4: Liposuction is Not The Answer. Even though I am not in a position to tell you what to do, I can advise you not to get liposuction. That doesn’t defeat the problem, it just prolongs the issue. Your mind will remember every craving, every habit previous to the liposuction, and you’ll never learn to control yourself and work toward your goals. Learn how to shift your desires through goals and hard work so that you can meet those expectations in every day life, and never just settle for the easy task. Tactic 5: Work Smarter, Not Harder. If you lose weight too fast, you will ultimately gain it back. Don’t go on fad diets that promise quick results. Change your entire body by changing your entire lifestyle and eating. Your body will then come following. If you lose weight too quickly, you’re apt to gain back every ounce, even more! Change the way your body works by changing your habits, your routines, and your eating habits. Slowly your body will begin doing the work for you, and your mind and body will work together in harmony to create the body you’ve always dreamed of. Nothing came from those who didn’t work. If a farmer plants a seed, it doesn’t grow unless he waters it. And he waters it smarter than he does harder. Take the appropriate steps, and you will be rewarded. Take the easy path, and you’ll drown you seed, and never produce a crop. Want more information? Learn how to flatten your belly at my official blog: http://www.bellyfatology.com. Do You Have What It Takes to Become a Model?

By Lynn Walls When you think of the word “model”, images of men and women with perfect complexions, incredible bodies and wonderful wardrobes are probably the first things to come to mind. But modeling is much more than that and the need for “non-traditional” models is probably more prevalent than you imagine. If you consider advertising, media and books that use photos of real people and places, you can see that you don’t have to be a perfectly-proportioned person with a flawless look to find modeling opportunities. That gives rise to the question, “Do you have what it takes to be a model?” If you’re interested in modeling but you need experience, you should likely begin your search locally. Every city that has an advertising company probably needs models. In the larger cities where magazines and other media are produced and printed, you’ll also find a need for people willing to model. Almost every catalog, flyer and circular that arrives in your mailbox includes photos of at least a few people who were willing to model for that publication. The opportunities are out there but you have to be willing to go after them. Consider the local advertising agency. Especially if you’re talking about an agency in a smaller city with limited financial resources, the search for quality models is continuous. They need people willing to model with and be spokesperson for area businesses that are intent on producing commercials with local faces. Magazines are also a good source of modeling opportunities. For example, a magazine accepts a story from a freelance writer about mothers to be printed in the Mother’s Day edition. Stories are always more appealing if there is art to catch the reader’s eye and the magazine begins its search for appropriate models for this story. They don’t need a cover girl - they need a mother (or at least a woman who can look like one). Think you don’t have the figure for modeling? Catalogs are another good source of modeling opportunities. Apparel companies don’t just sell clothing for the men and women with perfect bodies. The fact that not every woman is a “perfect size six” means that not all clothing offered will be a size six. What better way to entice the smaller than normal woman (or those larger than normal) to choose a particular product than by showing how it looks on other small or large women? This creates an excellent opportunity for those who will never fit into a size six dress to give modeling a try. If you are fortunate enough to have the perfect body, complexion and look for traditional modeling, you still might need to start with the less-traditional modeling jobs. No matter what kind of modeling you want to do, remember that it boils down to hard work in sometimes less-than-ideal conditions. Catalogs, magazines and advertisers will do photo shoots well ahead of the season. That means that you could find yourself modeling swimsuits on the beach while it’s still too cold to be on the beach, or wrapped up in ski gear in front of a crackling fire in mid-summer. But if modeling truly appeals to you, you might just find that you do have what it takes to become a model. Copyright 2005 by Lynn Walls. All rights reserved. Looking for information about modeling? Diet Program Review: Zone Diet

By Zach Bashore Many people opt to lose weight by using the Zone diet. This diet is different from diets such as Atkins and South Beach Diet because of the fact that Zone emphasizes a ratio which consists of the three main nutrients (carbs, proteins, fats). Is this diet the one you want to follow or is it just another fad diet that will disappear after another year or so? The basis for the Zone diet is that if a person eats the right amount of carbs, proteins, and fats, then the person will improve their health drastically. This diet calls for a ratio of 40/30/30 (carbs, proteins, fats) because certain hormones will be balanced to give you the body of your dreams. The founder of this diet, Ph.D Barry Sears states, “The American public is overweight due to a high intake of carbohydrates, and that this style of eating causes an overproduction of insulin. The solution is to eat a lower carb, higher protein, and moderate fat diet to balance these hormones within the preferred zone.” So how does the Zone diet compare with other diets? The Zone diet is quick to point out that this diet works primarily because of its low calories, not their magic ratio of macronutrients. This diet does not prohibit any foods, but restricts foods that are high in fat and carbs such as starches, grains, and pastas. Other diets either emphasize a low carb or low fat option, the Zone diet simply uses both nutrients, just in a smaller percentage. This diet is actually not bad compared to some of the lower carb diets available. The Zone diet does have its weak areas considering some of the recipes are full of nutritional misinformation. Another problem Zone has is that it suggests impractical food combinations such as beer and cottage cheese in one meal. Despite these prolems, go ahead and try Zone for yourself and find out if it works for you. Until next time, later. *http://www.goaskalice.columbia.edu/0924.html *http://onhealth.webmd.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=52012&page=2 *http://www.bestdietforme.com/TR/ZoneDiet.htm *http://www.mhhe.com/hper/nutrition/nutriquest/phys4.mhtml *http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk/diet/lighter_life_diet.htm My site: http://www.mightybody.com Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Zach_Bashore http://EzineArticles.com/?Diet-Program-Review:-Zone-Diet&id=228610 cheap phentermine online phentermine adipex pharmacy buy phentermine us pharmacy rx pharmacy phentermine

Are You Dating A Person From An Aquarious Horoscope?

By Bhatnagar Sumit Dating and astrology are very closely associated. It must be sounding weird. But, it has logic behind it. It is the zodiac sign that determines a persons nature and temperament. It is difficult to know the likes and dislikes of a person whom you are meeting for the first time. Your date can be ruined if you end up doing things that your partner or your beloved hates. All you need to do is find out the date of birth of the person you are going out with and then read the following carefully before planning your date. Aquarious (January 20 - February 18) A person from the aquarious horoscope is charming, funny, tantalizing and intelligent. An aquarian tends to have unique ideas of his own. Aquarians are warm, caring and outgoing. They have a mastery over flirtation. If you want to get the Aquarians attention, you ought to intellectually stimulate them. Good conversation will do the magic. They are good listeners and will accept criticism but do not talk more than required or else they get irritated. They are never jealous and never over emotional. So, you can have a great date with these people. If you are planning a date with an Aquarian, you need not go out of your way to impress him. It can be sharing a picnic lunch or a candle lit dinner, as long as variety is on the menu. Never nag these Aquarians about a mistake. If they begin to feel unappreciated, your relation can get rocky. An Aquarian will always be a worthy and a loyal partner who will keep all the promises he makes. However, do not become demanding otherwise they will start to wander in search of another person. A person from an Aquarious Horoscope likes to have a partner who will be with him to face the challenges that life has to offer. Trust me; life with them will never be boring. So, if you are willing to know more about other zodiac signs, keep reading the upcoming articles. Wholesale Candle Supplies

By Peter Emerson Beautiful candles make unique gifts for any kind of occasion. These days we see so many kinds of candles that dont even look like candles at all! Candles can even be made at home with just a few basic ingredients and a lot of imagination. Candle making can be very exciting and fun. It can also be taken up as a profession. Candles can be of different patterns: pillar candles, decorative candles, jar candles, votive candles, tea light candles, taper candles, container candles, luminescent candles, travel candles, floating candles, and novelty candles in interesting shapes like animals, people, food, flowers and plants, celestial bodies and so on. Exclusivity is the main feature and this can be achieved by being as creative as possible. Candle making is a relatively easy art though it requires practice. Under proper guidance, even a child can make beautiful decorative candles. All it needs is to melt the wax, add color dyes or fragrance oils or any other additives. The melted wax should be poured into containers or moulds that contain a wick. It generally takes a night for the wax to cool down. Most of the supplies can be obtained very easily from the stores. Candle making needs certain raw materials, the main ones being waxes, wicks, dyes and pigments, additives, fragrances, molds, wax melters, taper equipment, containers etc. These are each of many different kinds, for instance, waxes include soy wax, palm wax or bees wax. Similarly, containers can be apothecary jars, beehive jars, crock jars, mason/canning/jelly jars, tea light cups, barrel jars, cracker jars, patio jars, tins etc. The dyes are also of many kinds: dye flakes, color chips, glow color chips, pigment chips, color blocks, pigment dyes, liquid candle dyes, powdered candle dyes, and others. The gels can be CLP low density, CMP Medium density or CHP High density. Molds may be made of metal or plastic. They are generally in the form of embed trays. There are also several kinds of wicks: citronella wicks, ECO wicks, flat braid, coreless wicks, tabbed and pre-tabbed wicks, square braid, spooled wicks, zinc core and tea light wicks. Decorative accessories include glass embeds, wax embeds, natural embeds, colored sand, glitter, and so on. All of these candle making supplies can be bought through online stores. They can be viewed, compared and ordered online through the several websites of candle making suppliers. There are also wholesale providers of candle making supplies. These stores offer candle supplies at discount prices if bought in bulk quantities. They also offer lower shipping charges. However, there is a certain minimum limit for buying candle making supplies in wholesale quantities. The ordering can be by online order forms, e-mail, fax or phone. Payment can be made through credit/debit cards, checks, money order, wire transfer or PayPal. How to Make Sea Shell Candles

By Patricia Jensen Collecting sea shells along the beach is a favorite kids summer activity. Take it one step further by transforming their seaside treasures into beautiful decorations or kids make-and-take party favors. This easy sea shell candle craft shows you how. When completed, scatter sea shell candles about your party table along with other beach souvenirs, such as starfish and sand dollars. Larger shells can be used as unique centerpieces, or accent pieces in the bedroom or bath. The perfect souvenir for a seaside-themed party. What youll need: Bar of paraffin Wicks Metal wick holders Double boiler with a pouring lip Shells Stubs of colored candles Most of these items can be found at your local craft store. If you can’t find metal wick holders, remove the wicks inexpensive tealights. Use stubs from colored candles to make candles in various shades. Method: Clean shells in a 10% bleach solution. Rinse with cool water and let dry. Cut up the paraffin block into smaller chunks with a sharp knife. Melt them in the top of the double boiler by heating the water below to a slow simmer. Use the paraffin as is, or you may wish to add bits of colored wax for different color combinations. This is a great way to use up your old candle stubs. Experiment with color blends, but remember that the wax will be a shade darker when it dries. Cover a steady surface with plastic or newspapers. Balance one of the shells on a small cup and slowly pour in the melted wax. Immediately place the wick and wick holder in the center of the shell. Leave wax to cool for at least 30 minutes so all the wax will harden fully. Light up and enjoy your beautiful sea shell candles! Copyright 2005 Kids Party Paradise All Rights Reserved Patricia B. The Ultimate University and College Freshers Guide Part 1 - It’s all about Meeting People

By Mike Ha So heres some advice on what happens when you get to University or College and your parents disappear in a cloud of tyre smoke. Your standing there with all the other students and freshers you dont know. The campus guide is confusing the hell out of you and its all a little scary. Well, the first thing to realise is that every fresher at university or college is in the same boat. Now that may seem obvious but it is easy to forget when your heart is going at 1000 beats per minute, your head is spinning and your stomach feels like its rejecting your body! You will be scared and other students will be scared so dont be fooled by other peoples bravado, its just a defence mechanism! What you have to remember is to be sociable even if you feel like you want to curl up in a ball and cry. Dont! This is the best time to make friends but dont think that your whole reputation at University or college hinges on the first impression you make and dont think that the friends you make in the first week will be the friends you are stuck with for the rest of the year! Freshers week is about meeting other students, lots of other students. You will like some of them and dislike others. Some people will like you and some people, people with very bad taste, will like you less. You will have to live with that. Obviously all Freshers weeks are going to be different and ordered in different ways but most will involve you arriving at a halls. You will be given a key to your room on campus and allowed to go and make it your own. My advice is to get settled in and put up all your posters, pictures and anything else that reminds you of home. Make the room your own, everything else about your life will be new for a while so make sure there are some familiar things to help you settle in. Put some music on and decorate to your hearts content. Your there you have done it you have made it to college or university, so start enjoying it. provided by http://www.thestudentzone.com International student community and lifestyle site which features advice university & college listings FREE Web mail FREE Chat Rooms & Competitions. also see http://www.thestudentzone.com/catlisting.php?CountryID=1&CategoryID=62 Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Mike_Ha http://EzineArticles.com/?The-Ultimate-University-and-College-Freshers-Guide-Part-1—Its-all-about-Meeting-People&id=241806 ativan for plane trips billig zolpidem bestellen ambien and sleep disorders oxycontin ambien
