By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Peter_Lenkefi]Peter Lenkefi Aside online games and static game devices like Playstation, mobile games are the next most popular games around now. The popularity has grown so big that mobile operators are competing against each other by offering their subscribers loads of both free and paid games for their pleasure. Not only mobile operators, cell phone manufacturers are also pre-programming their phones with a variety of games. The growing interest in mobile gaming is producing a lot of benefits for the mobile industry. The operators are deriving sizable revenue from selling these games, software developers are regularly deriving royalties from phone manufacturers and the manufacturers themselves are cashing in heavily on revenue from subscribers. You will appreciate the level of income in this are if you consider the fact that by the year 2009, there would be 220 million mobile phone game fans in the world. Now lets delve into the kinds of games we have around: We have the embedded games that are factory coded into the phones, SMS games that operate by interacting with a SMS server upon which the game resides and browser games that are played online using the cell phones mini browser. Of all these games the cheapest and most popular is the inbuilt ones though the excitement offered by SMS and online games are not a deterrent to people who would spend every dime to get hooked on. The reason is browser games are of multi-media origin and can be compared to the type experienced on Playstation or xbox. There are several ways to develop mobile games though the most popular language used are C++, Java and Binary Runtime Environment for Wireless (BREW) platform . Out of these three, Java is the most popular method. The reason is obvious java is widely supported by the web and supported by all the principal phone manufacturers. Again a medium like J2ME is open source and thus cheap to use as a development medium. Java as we know it is highly portable across platforms and leaves developers with little worry that their program will not work on certain phones. Programmers choose this language platform because it does not interfere with programs running natively on the phone. But in reality the future of mobile game development is in MIDP 2.0 API which is a compilation of high end applications that allow developers to come up with sophiscated and highly interactive games for fans. It is fast to use and ensures a stable program after compilation. It is projected that this program, though futuristic, shall be the standard for mobile game developers for a long time as it exhibits versatility and the quick deployment qualities programmer love.
By Glen Jansen Today when we want to try out a skin care product, we immediately think of 'which one will I buy'. It wasn't that long ago when the only option available was to make your own skin care treatments. Of course there are many excellent commercial skin care products who have thousands of adoring customers. If you wanted something different, something more holistic or even organic, there are companies who produce these items as well. What if you wanted to go an even more all natural route and create your own skin care regimen at home? Well, obviously, to do that you would need to manufacture all the skin care products yourself. A typical skin care regimen consists of first exfoliating your skin, followed by a nice cleanser. Next, applying a toner helps really condition and clean the skin. Lastly, a good moisturizer helps leave the skin smooth and silky. So, knowing that, all one needs to do is find recipes for each of these steps in the process. Note: If you prefer an organic option, make sure all the produce in the following recipes is organic. Home Made Lemon Exfoliator: Take one lemon and cut in half and juice it. Save the lemon halves to rub on your elbows, knees and bottoms of your heels (anywhere you have thick skin). Combine the lemon juice with 1/2 to 2/3 cups of granulated sugar. Take this mixture and rub it all over your body while standing in the tub or shower. Once you have completely rubbed the paste all over your skin (take care on your face and avoid using it near your eyes), rinse your body. Home Made Facial Cleanser: Take 1 cup of roll oats or oatmeal and add it to a blender. Process it for a few seconds to soften the flakes. Do not process it to a powder. In a bowl, add the processed oats and 1 tablespoon of granulated salt or sugar. To this mixture, add 1/4 cup of farina. To use it, splash your face with lukewarm water. With your wet fingers, take the mixture from the bowl and rub it on your skin. Take care not to stretch the skin and remember to be gentle. Rinse with splashes of lukewarm water. Do not use every day. Home Made Apple Toner: This is a very simple toner recipe. Take 1 apple. You may want to experiment with different varieties till you find the one that suits you best. Start with perhaps a green apple, like a Granny Smith. Remove the core and skin of the apple. Place the apple, chopped into quarters, into a blender with 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey. Puree the mixture. Gently spread the mixture all over your face and let it rest for 12 to 15 mins. Rinse it off with lukewarm water and gently pat your skin dry. Home Made Moisturizing Cream: Take a ripe avocado and slice it in two lengthwise. Remove the pit and discard. Take only half the avocado and place in a glass bowl. To that, add 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of wheat germ oil. Mix this well. Apply it to your skin and let it set for 15 to 20 mins. Rinse it off with lukewarm water. Forget the pharmacy, you can make your own skin care regimen with house hold items you may already have in your kitchen. If you have problems with your skin such as sensitivity or allergic reactions, make sure to test the recipes using a small area first before applying to the rest of your skin. If you truly have a serious skin condition you may need to consult with your local or online dermatologist for advice and treatment. Taking care of your skin early on in your life is the best way to prevent premature aging of your skin.
By Alan Stafford The statistics on relationships are depressing: in California alone, the average marriage lasts just 5 years. Nationwide, 43% of marriages end within 15 years. Second and third marriages end in divorce 60-70% of the time. Clearly, how we handle our relationships is not working. And yet, 94% of young adults in one study said that having a good marriage is extremely important to them. So, what can you do? We researched much of current the literature on relationships and have condensed the results into just a few key concepts. These principles seem to be the common denominators in happy, successful marriages. See how many you can identify in your relationship. 1. It starts with you To paraphrase Abraham Lincoln, you are as happy as you make up your mind to be. Research has shown that happiness is a state of being, not of having or doing or achieving. Nor is happiness a destination. People often say, "I just want to be happy" or "I just want to have a happy marriage" as if that is a future goal or place in time. The problem is, they never get there. That's because the future is... in the future. And the only true destination is your final day on earth. And then it's too late. So make the decision to be happier starting today. There's a relationship benefit as well. The happier you are with yourself and your life, the more attractive you are to your partner. Another way to look at this is: if you were someone else, would you marry you? Start today to work on being the kind of person you would want to know, to date, and to marry. If you're not that kind of person now, how can you expect your spouse to stay attracted or stay passionate? 2. There's you, there's him/her, and then there's "we". You don't have to give up your identity or be known solely as your spouse's partner. It also doesn't work when two people each do their own thing without regard to their partner's wishes and feelings. Marriage is, and should be, more than cohabitation. As the marriage vows state, "two shall be as one". That "one" is neither you nor him. The "one" is a third entity: the relationship, the marriage, the "we". The "we" is what you share, what you have in common, the support and nurturing that you cannot give yourself. Think companionship, intimacy, and sharing. 3. You leave behind your emotional baggage Are you really over your previous relationship? If not, you can't fully commit to your spouse. Likewise, if you are still Daddy's little girl or Mommy's boy, you are not in control of your own life. Therefore, you cannot fully enter into an adult relationship of mutual sharing and support. You can't be accountable to your spouse if you still have to please Mommy or Daddy. You can't reach new heights as a person as long as you're dragging around your emotional suitcases. And, it's not fair to your partner. If you're dating but not in a committed relationship right now, consider a time out while you unpack those bags and resolve those issues that keep you from being your own man or woman. If you are committed, a relationship coach can help you stow your baggage so you can be there completely for your partner. 4. The marriage comes first Marriage is supposed to be the strongest bond between two people. Parents come and go; children grow and leave. Your spouse is only person to stay with you the rest of your time on this planet. Women who say their children come first, usually can never let the children grow up and become independent adults because then the primary relationship in these women's lives would end. So the children never emotionally leave home and are forever dependent on the parent. This delights the women because they are not willing to have their children grow up emotionally and become independent adults. Women who say their children come first also seem so surprised when their mates eventually decide to leave for someone else who WILL put them first. And finally, when children are the center of a women's life, and the children eventually leave, the woman typically feels lost. Her reason for existing the last 18-22 years has just moved out. And if she should turn to her partner after a 20 year emotional abscense, it's like going to your high school reunion. You used to know them but its not the same now because they've changed. When partners put the marriage first, friends, relatives, and acquaintences are still important but they're not primary. The man and woman, as the principals in the relationship, are the combined heads of their household. As such they look to eath other-and no one else-for their primary comfort and support. 5. Your marriage is your top priority. You didn't get married to commute two hours a day, work at the office 60 hours a week, and pay on a mortgage for 30 years, did you? You probably got married to share your life-not your bills-with that special someone. During life's ups and especially during life's downs, keep in mind why you married in the first place. It wasn't so you could get a better job, buy a better car, or obsess over your favorite sports team. Once upon a time, your partner was the most important thing in this world to you. If you value your relationship, he or she still is. Start acting like it again today and every day. 6. Don't compare This holds true in your life as well as in your marriage. There will always be a couple that seems happier, wealthier, sexier, and more perfect than you two are. So what? Their happiness doesn't increase or diminish your happiness. Neither does their money, their jobs, their house, or their prettiness. All that matters is whether you for you. 7. Don't wonder "what if?" Wondering what it would be like to be with another person-for a night or for a lifetime-is self-delusion and is really unfair to your spouse. You see other people socially when they are at their best. You see your spouse when he/she is at his best, her average, and sometimes at her worst. If you could swap mates, guess what? You'd see that person at his/her worst, and you probably wouldn't like what you see. You already have a lot invested in your partner. Take care of that investment. The payoff is usally greater than starting all over again. 8. Realize that love can grow. As much as you were in love when you got married, your love and commitment to each other can grow over the years. Despite all the old married jokes and cliches, marriage can get better, not worse, with time. The longer you've been married, the more history you have together. The triumphs and disappointments, the successes and the failures, all are part of sharing a life together. And that history is unique to you. No one else has that or can duplicate it. This is why a man who leaves his middle aged wife for a younger woman eventually wants to come back. With his wife he has a history-a shared past. With the new woman there is only the present. Leaving his wife permanently is like leaving himself behind as well. Since she is a part of his past, she is the best person to be a part of his future. 9. Commitment means "no matter what". It's as simple as making the decision to be totally committed to your spouse and to the relationship. No matter what happens: financially, health wise, or otherwise. No matter what. Once the two of you have decided to stay "no matter what", there is no question of stay or go, yes or no. Write this down: "ALL RELATIONSHIPS HAVE ISSUES". Happy relationships always have issues. Unhappy relationships certainly have issues. It's just that in happy relationships, the couples identify the issues, negotiate the issues, and come to terms with the issues. Couples in unhappy relationships deny, ignore, put up, or run away. Once the two of you have made the decision "no matter what" the emphasis is on the we. And, since we is not you and not him, the only positions "we" have are the ones you've decided together. In short, all problems are negotiable because there are no his problems or her problems. When one partner has a problem, just having the problem should be a problem for the other partner. Therefore, all problems are shared problems. Their problems require their solutions. 10. Believe that a happy marriage is not only possible, it's yours for the making. It won't happen by itself. It takes intention, commitment, and practice. But the many couples who have happy, blissful, and satisfying marriages are proof that it is possible. Just choose to be happy, and choose to be happily married. Yes, you'll still have to work at it. But the rewards are so much greater than the effort. Besdies, being single and looking takes effort; being divorced and looking again takes effort. Spend the effort inside your marriage and stay married. Happily married. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dr. Alan Stafford, Relationship Results Coach I help Singles and Couples build relationships that work www.relationshipsuccessexperts.com Click here to ask Alan a question about your biggest relationship issue http://relationshipsuccessexperts.com/askalan.htm Get our free newsletter for relationship tips and advice http://relationshipsuccessexperts.com/subscribe.html 2005 Alan Stafford/Relationship Success Experts ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Alan_Stafford http://EzineArticles.com/?The-10--Secrets-of-a-Happy-Relationship&id=111655 instant bad credit personal loans online or in person mortgage loan fast personal unsecured loans fast cash low fees

You can’t reach new heights as a person as long as you’re dragging around your emotional suitcases. And, it’s not fair to your partner. If you’re dating but not in a committed relationship right now, consider a time out while you unpack those bags and resolve those issues that keep you from being your own man or woman. Women who say their children come first, usually can never let the children grow up and become independent adults because then the primary relationship in these women’s lives would end. So the children never emotionally leave home and are forever dependent on the parent. This delights the women because they are not willing to have their children grow up emotionally and become independent adults. Women who say their children come first also seem so surprised when their mates eventually decide to leave for someone else who WILL put them first. And finally, when children are the center of a women’s life, and the children eventually leave, the woman typically feels lost. Her reason for existing the last 18-22 years has just moved out. And if she should turn to her partner after a 20 year emotional abscense, it’s like going to your high school reunion. You used to know them but its not the same now because they’ve changed. When partners put the marriage first, friends, relatives, and acquaintences are still important but they’re not primary. The man and woman, as the principals in the relationship, are the combined heads of their household. As such they look to eath other-and no one else-for their primary comfort and support. 5. Your marriage is your top priority. You didn’t get married to commute two hours a day, work at the office 60 hours a week, and pay on a mortgage for 30 years, did you? You probably got married to share your life-not your bills-with that special someone. During life’s ups and especially during life’s downs, keep in mind why you married in the first place. It wasn’t so you could get a better job, buy a better car, or obsess over your favorite sports team. Once upon a time, your partner was the most important thing in this world to you. If you value your relationship, he or she still is. Start acting like it again today and every day. 6. Don’t compare This holds true in your life as well as in your marriage. There will always be a couple that seems happier, wealthier, sexier, and more perfect than you two are. So what? Their happiness doesn’t increase or diminish your happiness. Neither does their money, their jobs, their house, or their prettiness. All that matters is whether you for you. 7. Don’t wonder “what if?” Wondering what it would be like to be with another person-for a night or for a lifetime-is self-delusion and is really unfair to your spouse. You see other people socially when they are at their best. You see your spouse when he/she is at his best, her average, and sometimes at her worst. If you could swap mates, guess what? You’d see that person at his/her worst, and you probably wouldn’t like what you see. The longer you’ve been married, the more history you have together. 9. Commitment means “no matter what”. It’s as simple as making the decision to be totally committed to your spouse and to the relationship. No matter what happens: financially, health wise, or otherwise. No matter what. Once the two of you have decided to stay “no matter what”, there is no question of stay or go, yes or no. Write this down: “ALL RELATIONSHIPS HAVE ISSUES”. Happy relationships always have issues. Unhappy relationships certainly have issues. It’s just that in happy relationships, the couples identify the issues, negotiate the issues, and come to terms with the issues. Couples in unhappy relationships deny, ignore, put up, or run away. Once the two of you have made the decision “no matter what” the emphasis is on the we. And, since we is not you and not him, the only positions “we” have are the ones you’ve decided together. In short, all problems are negotiable because there are no his problems or her problems. When one partner has a problem, just having the problem should be a problem for the other partner. Therefore, all problems are shared problems. Their problems require their solutions. 10. Believe that a happy marriage is not only possible, it’s yours for the making. It won’t happen by itself. It takes intention, commitment, and practice. But the many couples who have happy, blissful, and satisfying marriages are proof that it is possible. Just choose to be happy, and choose to be happily married. Yes, you’ll still have to work at it. Alan Stafford, Relationship Results Coach I help Singles and Couples build relationships that work www.relationshipsuccessexperts.com Click here to ask Alan a question about your biggest relationship issue http://relationshipsuccessexperts.com/askalan.htm Get our free newsletter for relationship tips and advice http://relationshipsuccessexperts.com/subscribe.html 2005 Alan Stafford/Relationship Success Experts ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Alan_Stafford http://EzineArticles.com/?The-10–Secrets-of-a-Happy-Relationship&id=111655 instant bad credit personal loans online or in person mortgage loan fast personal unsecured loans fast cash low fees

By Khieng Chho When the subject of gardens and landscaping is brought to a conversation, the first things that pop into peoples minds are trees, shrubs, flowers. Rarely do people take notice of something very significant and crucial for the beauty of most landscapes grasses. Humans step on them, children play on them, dogs roll over them, but most of the time people ignore these prominent figures of gardens and parks. Imagine how a landscape would be without grasses it would be dull, dry, boring if not downright ugly. Without grasses, a scenery would usually not be complete. Grasses are very useful not only for their aesthetic qualities but for some practical purposes as well. Grasses are very flexible as they can grow in almost any quality of soil more than other kinds of plants. Grasses do not need so much for them to thrive, just water is enough for most grasses to grow and make any landscape green. While many people have the notion that grasses are boring, their wide variety makes them interesting components of a landscape as they come in different colors, textures, and heights. Even when grasses die and get dry, they still have certain decorative and practical value. Grasses are very important for the environment as well as they serve as ground covering that can prevent soil erosion and maintain a good amount of water for other plants to grow. There are many kinds of grasses each having their distinct qualities that make them worth planting in different kinds of landscapes. Here are some of them: Bermuda grass this is perhaps the most popular kind of grass which is extremely popular in places where the sun shines most of the time. This kind of grass is ideal for sunny areas because they are very resistant to heat and drought. This high tolerance makes it an ideal grass to cover vast tracts of lands. However, the hardiness of Bermuda also gives it the tendency to invade areas inhabited by other plants. Blue grass this is another popular type of grass that grows well during the summer being drought tolerant like the Bermuda. This is very common in the north because of its tolerance cold weather. However, blue grass can grow clumpy when not maintained well. Bahia grass this is very popular in the Southeastern parts as they are very easy to maintain. Bahia grass has coarse blades that are resistant to drought and shade as well as salty water and soils. However, this grass requires a lot of mowing because of its texture. Buffalo grass this one is very much like the blue grace and is also rather common in the Northern parts. This grass is good for parts that there is little rainfall. The appearance is somewhat a cross between the blue and Bermuda grasses. Its blue-green tinge in summer turns straw brown during winter. Kentucky bluegrass this is the most popular kind of grass in the north, and it is sometimes planed in the south. It is characterized to have a soft texture and a dark green shade, it is quite resilient to cold. Bent grass this is a perennial type of grass with a fine texture. It is known to form soft turfs that are tightly knit. This characteristic makes it an ideal grass for golf course greens. There are many other types of grass, each grow for appropriate purposes for appropriate regions and weather conditions. There are several books and magazines for landscaping that tackle everything about grasses. There are also many online resources about the subject. Grasses are important parts of any landscape. They add life to any dull piece of land as they provide a sense of warmth and coziness. Khieng 'Ken' Chho - Online Grass Resources.
By Kyle Dusang Tired of lame, monotonous, and predictable anniversary traditions? Wanna really "wow" her this year and re-kindle the roaring flame of romance that once blazed brightly in your relationship but now seems more like the faint flicker of a tiny candle? Discover how to add a creative twist to the time-honored yet tired tradition of giving roses as an anniversary gift. While it's true that all women enjoy getting flowers, giving the same gift year after year might be considered uninspired and even thoughtless. This year, try something new. Give her roses but give them in a unique and creative manner, making the gesture much more meaningful, exciting, and romantic. Instead of just buying a dozen roses and a card then handing them over to her with a kiss and a "happy anniversary", add some excitement and adventure by sending her on a "treasure hunt" to find each one. Purchase a dozen roses along with twelve little cards like the ones used for tags on gifts. (I found some at my local Hallmark store that were shaped like hearts and had the little strings on them so that they could be attached to gifts.) Come home early from work before she gets there or wake up early before her, and hide eleven of the twelve roses in different places around the house along with little cards on which you've written silly little rhymes clueing her in as to where to find the next one. For example, "You'll always be my best friend, And I'll always be your fool. You'll find another flower, in the place I keep my tools." So in that case, one of the roses will be hidden in the tool shed or tool drawer. You'll give her the first one, of course, to get her started on her quest, but she'll have to work for the rest, all the while thinking how wonderful and exciting it is to be married to someone so thoughtful and creative. Sure, this endeavor will require lots of thought and planning, but she's worth the extra effort and it's sure to make her smile and fuel the fire of romance in your relationship to a raging inferno.
By Teow Aun Chew The evil debts came from the evil deeds of our past lives. By looking at a person, a good fortune teller can read him like a book. For this very reason we see people from the very fortunate to the very unfortunate. The two opposites, be it in appearance to practically anything we can see in a human. The saying of "What we are experiencing in this life is the effect of what we have done in our previous lives" is very true. Just like what we do today affects our tomorrow. For a better tomorrow we must know what to do today. Since the time we are born, we are slowly deviating from our inborn virtuous nature. We do a lot of things that may not be according to our conscience and thus create a lot of sins. This is the reason we have to go through the endless cycle of reincarnation during which we are bound to commit even more evil deeds. For example: 1] Cheating others of their money or borrow money without returning. All these will create monetary debts. 2] Use one's power to oppress others or disregard the law and ill treat others. All these will create debts of grievances. 3] Kill animals for consumption or murder somebody for his money. These will create live debts. 4] Being cunning and instigating others to have dispute. These will create vile debts. Other examples are; separating parents from their children, breaking up other people's marriages, ruining other's reputation and moral integrity, profiting at the expense of other's, seizing other people's love, preventing other people from performing charities, leading other people to commit sin and etc. All these are the causes of evil debts. The common saying, "Return money to settle debts and pay with our lives for killing." The most sinful among those mentioned is killing. It creates the deepest hatred and there is no way of escaping. This is especially true during this last stage where not a single debt will be left unclaimed by the unseen creditors or revengeful spirits. There are many strange happenings nowadays and calamities for example like wars, fire, flood, diseases, famine, typhoon, hurricane, tsumani etc. Man's heart is becoming incomprehensible and almost everyday we can see heinous crimes in the papers. People just die very tragically. This is because of evil debts of the past lives ripen if one did not commit it in this life. It is just unexplained to most people who cannot understand why such a good person can die in the painful manner. Can we settle the evil debts? In order to settle the evil debts, we must know that evil deeds are performed with our mortal body and the evil thoughts are initiated from our mind. If we do not eradicate them ourselves but instead ask others to eradicate them for us, then it is like climbing the tree to catch the fish - a fruitless attempt. We have planted the seeds in our past lives and now we are tasting the fruits of these seeds. It is very natural and sensible that if we owe a debt in our previous lives, we will have to repay it in this life. If we are bullied now, we must deem it that we have bullied others in our previous lives. If we have to pay back any debts in this life, we must do it with equanimity. We must not blame anyone and should pay back willingly, then we will be able to settle our evil debts. However, if we do not understand this, then we will begin to harbour resentment, and instead of settling the past debts, we are creating new debts. If we did not cultivate in our past lives, then we may be living in poverty and destitute and suffering from illnesses throughout this life. We may be cheated or slandered and are unsuccessful in all undertakings. We may also meet with disasters and accidents. We may have planted the seeds of evil in the past and now we are tasting the fruits! Thus going through our present lives, we must not forget to repent and work hard to overcome all hardships without grievances and fear. In this way we will be able to settle some of the evil debts and at the same time plant good seeds for the future lives. Author: T.A Chew T.A Chew was told that evil debts and calamities cannot be eliminated by monetary and material means. Neither can it be eliminated by seeking the help of deities or fortune teller. The way to resolve is to practise Tao or do good deeds but the best is the acquisition of Tao. It is estimated that 40% of humans will choose cremation as their final choice by the year 2010. Your cremation urn is a beautiful reflection and memorial of you or your loved ones life. Here is what you should know about Cremation Urn Sizing and Cost . . . Cremation Urn Sizing - Cubic Inches (CI) is the volume or space ashes take up and it is also the measurement of how much ash a cremation urn can hold. 1 lb. of body weight will yield roughly 1 cubic inch of ashes. Example: A cremated 100 lb. person will yield about 90 cubic inches of ashes (almost 100 CI). This person would need a cremation urn that is about 90-100 CI. The 1 to 1 ratio of Weight to CI will ensure you purchase a cremation urn that is large enough, 99% of the time. Another example is that a 210 lb. person needs a cremation urn that is roughly 200 cubic inches or larger and a 50 lb. person or pet needs a cremation urn that is roughly 50 cubic inches or larger. Cremation urn descriptions always lists a volume (capacity for ashes) in Cubic Inches. So if you know how much the deceased weighed - then you know the volume (CI.) of the ashes. A cremation urn can be too small (in volume) but is only too big if you think it's too big. Cremation Urn Cost Cremation urns cost anywhere from $20 to $800 and up depending on the one you choose. If you purchase a cremation urn online, you can save up to 50% local funeral home prices.
By Bryan Miller So you're fat. Big deal. Everyone at some point is caught in the crossfire of the battle of the bulge. It's a seemingly unending struggle for some, but a quick bout for others. But none-the-less, it is a battle, and a tough one, at that. Sadly, our enemy, the gut that hangs in front of us, is a fierce one, and an enemy demanding respect. Football teams, countries at war, debaters, diplomats, and presidential candidates all know the secret to winning a competition, or bout of any sort. They send out spies, watch tapes of the competing teams, and they research for the knowledge on how to conquer their opponents. They back up their fight with knowledge of the weak points in their enemy, and then... they exploit them mercilessly. This is the approach one must take when fighting the oppression of obesity. It is a battle, for most, and will always be a battle as long as there is too much food, and a lot less work. What I am about to give you are some insider, confidential, key components on fat that you may not know. They will help you win this uphill battle against your ever-growing, always widening waist-line. These are confidential, hard to find tips that will help you know your body's method of storing fat, and how you can exploit them, use their tactics against them, and ultimately overcome. Stand tall, for you will be the victor. Warning! Do not read if you are looking to lose fat fast and expect to keep it off. These peeks into the human body are meant only for those with the guts (or bellies) to work hard for healthy, effective fat loss, not those wishing to get-thin-quick, and potentially gain more weight back. Although you are the deciding factor of how fast you lose weight, this is merely placing knowledge in your arsenal, not telling you what to do. If you are willing, then continue reading. The next exposing secrets will help you understand your enemy "Fat", and will further your efforts in weight loss: Peek 1: Why Your Body is Already Perfect.. The body is built for performance. It is a perfect engine that needs admiration for it's designer, whether you believe it's God or evolution, studying the body is almost like studying outer space - it is absolutely too complex to take in all at once. It's a perfect machine that will work exactly how it should, when it should, and without defect. Even when someone thinks something is wrong, the body is working right. This is the difference between the mind and the body. The body never wants, it always needs. The mind wants, but rarely realizes the needs. The body needs fat, but the mind wants the body to look firm, without fat. So to begin creating the body that your mind wants, you must first respect the perfect engine that is the body. Peek 2: Is Fat a Friend or a Foe? Not all fat is bad for you. In some cases, fat is very good for you. There are some vitamins that can only be absorbed when fat is present. Hormones depend on fat a large percent of the time. Women who are nursing, those with broken bones, and new born babies all need fat in some fashion. It's the amount of fat, and the type of fat that makes it a harm, or a help. Fat around the middle? Bad. Enough said. I do in depth studies, and like to make people scared about having a fat belly at my blog. Mid-section fat is a very scary thing because it is around your vital organs, especially your liver and heart. If these are fatty, you're more prone to have heart disease, or liver failure. And I think you can agree with me that that is a bad thing. But there is some fat in the body that is needed. Cholesterol in the body can be converted to energy through the liver. And all fat is a source of energy for daily activities. Without fat, you'd be tired, but with too much - well, I won't go so far as to say you could die young, that would be too scary. Peek 3: How Did This Fiend - Fat - Get There? Fat is introduced into the body at the very youngest of ages. It's given to us by our mom's while we are yet alien-shaped fetuses in her body. This is a natural part of life. The only problem is when we get older, we eat way more than our body needs. So when the body (again, that perfect machine that it is) sees all this extra, it goes into performance mode, and stores this extra bit of energy for later as fat. With this in no one's consideration, however, we continually place our body in that constant mode of "must store". And our fat cells continue to grow. Then, when they have no more space in which to grow inside these tiny balloons, they multiply. Peek 4: The Invincible Enemy. Once you have a fat cell in your body, you cannot lose them. You can lose the stored triglycerides inside the cell, but never lose the cell itself. Once you've got adipose tissue, you've always got adipose tissue. There's not removing it unless you opt for dangerous, health hazardous procedures such as liposuction or a tummy tuck. The fat cells in your body can only shrink. They are your friends for life. And not without giving you a share of trouble, either. Because these new additions to your body now have memory. They realize what they use to have was gone, and they lust after it. Peek 5: Winning the Battle Doesn't Win You the War. The body has a set method of maintaining itself. It's complexity and set ways make it almost impossible to lose weight fast and keep it off. Since the body is built for performance, it sets itself at its most desired point, and it expects to stay there. This is why underweight people find it so difficult to gain weight and keep it on. And why overweight people who lose weight quickly, tend to gain it all back. The body's fat cells, and the body's desired way of living is actually set. And breaking that pattern too quickly causes the body to "reset" itself to get to that point again. This is why gaining and losing weight is so popular nowadays. Because people want fast results without taking into consideration the perfect engine that is the body. The mind wants it now, because it expects it now. The body realizes that there are needs, and steps, and rules to losing that weight effectively. So now you know the enemy. Now you see what you are up against. You know that your body works perfectly, that fat is only a "side effect" of eating extra calories, and that you can never lose these fat cells. But what now? How do I exploit these new found attributes to the enemy? With forceful war tactics, of course. Tactic 1: Using Your Body Against Itself - What Your Mind Doesn't Want You To Know. The body burns fat for energy. So you must exert energy to burn fat. Your body stores fat for energy, so eat like you don't want any extra fat. This is how you can use your mind (now filled with knowledge) to burn more fat by using the body's natural method of living against itself. This is not cannibalism, this is smart living. Tactic 2: Treat Fat As A Friend. Do not be afraid of fat. Fat is good at times. Eat plenty of "good fats" because they are great for the heart. Omegas 3 - 6 - 9 are all fantastic for your health, as well as help mobilize even more fat, and are readily available for energy burning. Stay away from hydrogenated oils. These are actually more damaging than real fat. Without getting into the chemical breakdown of these oils, I will just say that they act more like free radicals in your body than actual food. Tactic 3: Learn To Accept Fat. Some people are more naturally bent toward being heavy. Others are bent toward being slimmer. The mind is a powerful thing and can reek havoc on those who are not content with the natural selection of their body. Learn to be confident in your skin, even if you are not as thin as you think you should be. Strive for healthy. You will live longer if you are healthy. Change the desires in your mind to do the best you can, but never challenge your body to be something it can't ever be. But never settle for lazy, always strive; but be considerate of your body. Tactic 4: Liposuction is Not The Answer. Even though I am not in a position to tell you what to do, I can advise you not to get liposuction. That doesn't defeat the problem, it just prolongs the issue. Your mind will remember every craving, every habit previous to the liposuction, and you'll never learn to control yourself and work toward your goals. Learn how to shift your desires through goals and hard work so that you can meet those expectations in every day life, and never just settle for the easy task. Tactic 5: Work Smarter, Not Harder. If you lose weight too fast, you will ultimately gain it back. Don't go on fad diets that promise quick results. Change your entire body by changing your entire lifestyle and eating. Your body will then come following. If you lose weight too quickly, you're apt to gain back every ounce, even more! Change the way your body works by changing your habits, your routines, and your eating habits. Slowly your body will begin doing the work for you, and your mind and body will work together in harmony to create the body you've always dreamed of. Nothing came from those who didn't work. If a farmer plants a seed, it doesn't grow unless he waters it. And he waters it smarter than he does harder. Take the appropriate steps, and you will be rewarded. Take the easy path, and you'll drown you seed, and never produce a crop. Want more information? Learn how to flatten your belly at my official blog: http://www.bellyfatology.com.

By Bryan Miller So you’re fat. Big deal. Everyone at some point is caught in the crossfire of the battle of the bulge. It’s a seemingly unending struggle for some, but a quick bout for others. They back up their fight with knowledge of the weak points in their enemy, and then… they exploit them mercilessly. These are confidential, hard to find tips that will help you know your body’s method of storing fat, and how you can exploit them, use their tactics against them, and ultimately overcome. The next exposing secrets will help you understand your enemy “Fat”, and will further your efforts in weight loss: Peek 1: Why Your Body is Already Perfect.. The body is built for performance. It is a perfect engine that needs admiration for it’s designer, whether you believe it’s God or evolution, studying the body is almost like studying outer space - it is absolutely too complex to take in all at once. It’s a perfect machine that will work exactly how it should, when it should, and without defect. It’s the amount of fat, and the type of fat that makes it a harm, or a help. Fat around the middle? Bad. Enough said. I do in depth studies, and like to make people scared about having a fat belly at my blog. Mid-section fat is a very scary thing because it is around your vital organs, especially your liver and heart. If these are fatty, you’re more prone to have heart disease, or liver failure. And I think you can agree with me that that is a bad thing. But there is some fat in the body that is needed. Cholesterol in the body can be converted to energy through the liver. And all fat is a source of energy for daily activities. Without fat, you’d be tired, but with too much - well, I won’t go so far as to say you could die young, that would be too scary. Peek 3: How Did This Fiend - Fat - Get There? Fat is introduced into the body at the very youngest of ages. It’s given to us by our mom’s while we are yet alien-shaped fetuses in her body. This is a natural part of life. The only problem is when we get older, we eat way more than our body needs. So when the body (again, that perfect machine that it is) sees all this extra, it goes into performance mode, and stores this extra bit of energy for later as fat. With this in no one’s consideration, however, we continually place our body in that constant mode of “must store”. Once you’ve got adipose tissue, you’ve always got adipose tissue. There’s not removing it unless you opt for dangerous, health hazardous procedures such as liposuction or a tummy tuck. The fat cells in your body can only shrink. They are your friends for life. And not without giving you a share of trouble, either. Because these new additions to your body now have memory. They realize what they use to have was gone, and they lust after it. Peek 5: Winning the Battle Doesn’t Win You the War. The body has a set method of maintaining itself. It’s complexity and set ways make it almost impossible to lose weight fast and keep it off. Since the body is built for performance, it sets itself at its most desired point, and it expects to stay there. This is why underweight people find it so difficult to gain weight and keep it on. And why overweight people who lose weight quickly, tend to gain it all back. The body’s fat cells, and the body’s desired way of living is actually set. And breaking that pattern too quickly causes the body to “reset” itself to get to that point again. You know that your body works perfectly, that fat is only a “side effect” of eating extra calories, and that you can never lose these fat cells. But what now? How do I exploit these new found attributes to the enemy? With forceful war tactics, of course. Tactic 1: Using Your Body Against Itself - What Your Mind Doesn’t Want You To Know. The body burns fat for energy. So you must exert energy to burn fat. Your body stores fat for energy, so eat like you don’t want any extra fat. This is how you can use your mind (now filled with knowledge) to burn more fat by using the body’s natural method of living against itself. This is not cannibalism, this is smart living.
